In this my first piece as President of the Association can I welcome visitors old and new to the site.
Our season is fast coming to a close with many trophies to be won and important games to be refereed. If you are appointed to a cup final please let the Association Webmaster and Vice President George MacDonald know. If you can get a photograph of you and your colleagues please email this to George for inclusion on the website.
The AGM marked our last meeting of the current football season and our next meeting will be held in August.
To the returning office bearers and those appointed to positions for the first time I look forward to working with all of you as we continue to take the Association forward.
Our membership is at a record level and for anyone who has still to renew please do so as soon as possible to avoid any lapse in your membership. Our thanks are due to our Secretary for his work dealing with all of the membership renewals over the last month.
The Association's Annual Dinner took place on Thursday 17 April and all who attended enjoyed a very entertaining evening.
Training continues outdoor at Fife Institute every Tuesday and I hope to see as many members as possible completing the weekly training under the expert guidance of Tom Matthews. To all those who need to pass the fitness test on Tuesday 22 nd April my best wishes.
A large number of members will be attending the first SFA Regional Training Day at Tulliallan at the end of this month. The programme promises to be interesting and varied and I hope those who are attending gain much from the day.
Congratulations to John Watson on the very successful first Association Car Treasure Hunt on Sunday 20 April. The winning car was driven by George MacDonald.

Good luck to one and all for the remainder of the season, I hope to meet as many of you as possible before the end of the season and take in a few games in the various leagues.
